"La Capitainerie" is a family typical "Provencal" villa, very well located, 3 minutes walk from all shops and 10 minutes from "La Salette" port and Carqueiranne beaches. The house is in a quiet and secure condominium with its own private swimming pool and its nice garden. You will be able to park your car, near the house in the condominium. By renovating this house I wanted to create a warm and soft atmosphere of south of France but also to get a practical house for family vacations.
