200m² family and holiday house that can accommodate up to 11 people thanks to its rooms. The house is located in the residence "le Parc de la résidence" in Palmyra. The latter provides a swimming pool (under the responsibility of the parents) and several other activities. The space The house immerses us directly in a holiday spirit among the pines. It is composed of two levels: the garden level and the ground floor. Ground floor part (this part is ONLY air-conditioned): The living room is a large, spacious and bright room; you will be comfortably settled in thanks to the sofas. TV is available, board games as well as internet. A table and chairs are available for family meals. From this space you will have direct access to the covered terrace equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture. This space leads directly into the large walled garden. The kitchen is on the same floor, it is fully equipped and very functional (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer...). On this same level you will have two water points and an independent toilet: Bathroom (bathtub) A shower room (shower) The sleep part of this level is as follows: 1st bedroom with a 160 bed (two people) with TV 2nd bedroom with two beds in 90 ( two people). There's plenty of storage there so you can put your belongings there. On the garden level: To access this level you can go through the inside of the house but also from the outside. A large room is equipped with a living room with sofas and armchairs. A second separate toilet. The utility room provides a washing machine, tumble drier, extra fridge as well as table and iron. The sleep area is composed of 3 additional bedrooms that are distributed as follows: The 3rd bedroom with a 140 bed (2 people) with a bathroom (shower). The 4th bedroom with a 160 bed (2 people) The 5th bedroom with a bunk bed (i.e. 2 beds in 90- please do not sleep people over 50 kilos. Sleeping for children under the age of 12). And a drawer bed in 90 (one person) is a total of 3 people in this room called the dorm. Finally, a 4th bathroom is located on this same landing (shower). The house club of the residence gives access to entertainment and activities; all these activities are the responsibility of the tenant and registration is made on site. Access to the swimming pool is free and under everyone's responsibility. The opening hours of the latter are communicated to you on site. Activities; lifeguard, aquagym lessons, yoga, gym, library, scrabble night, bridge night...) Linens are not included in the price but can be provided according to your request and with surcharge just like the beds made. Duvets and pillows available WIFI is available, pets are allowed as long as you ask the question before booking. It is mandatory to have the needs done outside of the property. No climbing on sofas and beds. Smoking is prohibited in the property Nightly disturbance is subject to the intervention of law enforcement.
