Located in the Monteno district of Port Navalo, a 2-minute walk from Treno Beach, 8 minutes from the Port-Navalo harbor, where you will find: bakery, tobacco/press, bars, restaurants, by the sea. Possibility to do everything by bike or on foot. This house has 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 people, ideally 6 adults and 2 children. The space On the garden level: A family bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and 2 x 90 x 180 cm single beds (which can be separated by a solid curtain), and a bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor: A large living-dining room, overlooking the Gulf of Morbihan. Large bay window opening onto a terrace and a garden without overlooking neighbors. A fully equipped independent kitchen (gas stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle) On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 x 200 cm bed (sea view), the other with a 160 x 200 cm bed. A bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet A mezzanine: relaxation area and/or office. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden, only the garage will be closed. Private parking on the grounds. Electric car charging stations are available at the "Intermarché" supermarket, which is 2 km away.
