In the heart of the golden triangle of Périgord, in a picturesque and very quiet hamlet less than 15 minutes by car from Sarlat, Les Eyzies or La Roque Gageac, and the castles of Beynac, Castelnaud and Les Milandes, and 5 minutes from the river, come and discover this country house ideal for 6-7 people and up to 9 places, dating from the 18th century and fully restored with taste: private courtyard, shaded terrace and beautiful rest area with swimming pool on the adjoining land! The space The house sits in the heart of the charming hamlet of Finsac. All in authenticity, I tried to renovate it carefully so you can enjoy a unique stay. You enter a large living room with a fully equipped oak kitchen. The large farmhouse table welcomes all guests in front of the cantou (vast traditional fireplace). On your left, the living room area has comfortable sofas and armchairs, and opens onto the concomitant garden. To the right of the kitchen, you enter the spacious master suite: it has its bathroom with walk-in shower, and its dressing room. A large English staircase leads you to the floor that was completely opened during the renovation: a large living room with comfortable sofa bed and TV allows children to have their own space for play and relaxation. On your left, a first large dormitory-type bedroom has 3 single beds for children. Further on, past the exposed stone fireplace, opens the third bedroom which offers a quiet view of centuries-old lime trees. Next to it, a pleasant bathroom with large walk-in shower and hanging toilet. Leaving the house, you will have the pleasure of having breakfast or dinner on the terrace of the house protected by a shaded wrought iron pergola, and overlooking the rest of the hamlet. The private courtyard allows you to have the bikes and enjoy the Weber barbecue. Take a few steps outside the courtyard of the house, and access the garden and the private pool of 4 by 8 meters with sunbathing, shaded areas, ping pong table, and a petanque court made last summer. Guest access Parking spaces are available along the house. A large shaded parking lot is also available about 100 meters away, at the end of the hamlet. Other things to note From October 1st to May 15th, the pool will be closed for winter. Bed linen is included in the price. When you leave, please leave the accommodation in the clean condition in which you found it when you entered: thank you in particular for making sure to leave the dishes clean, the oven and fridge cleaned, etc.
