The space The house has a floor area of 120 m2 spread over two floors. - Ground floor: a living room with well-equipped kitchen, 7-seater dining table, sitting/TV area with wood-burning stove and a toilet. Bedroom 1 (single level): a double bed (160 x 200) with a large closet and a bathroom (sink + shower). - Floor: Reading area on the mezzanine, with a daybed. Bedroom 2: a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a small bathroom (sink + shower) and a toilet. Bedroom 3: a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm), a small bathroom (sink + shower) and a toilet. The outdoor spaces include two gardens, each with a large covered terrace, which allows lunch/dinner in the sun or shade (southeast and northwest orientations). Sun loungers and gas barbecue. The parking lot, outside the fences, allows you to park two cars. Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. Guidel and Fort Bloqué beaches are 3 km away (5 min drive). The center of Guidel is 6 km (8 min drive). The center of Ploemeur is 6 km (10 min drive). Guest access The entire house as well as all the exteriors are accessible to guests. Other things to note The house is accessible for people with reduced mobility, the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor as well.
