For the Olympic Games, you will be close to the Arena Stadium (swimming and water polo events). The apartment is completely refurbished, with high-end equipment, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, induction stove, convection oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, built-in radio system in the bathroom, phone chargers, etc. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. In the bedroom, a 160 × 200 bed. In the living room, a premium 140×200 sofa bed to ensure optimal comfort during your stay. We provide board games, coffee pods, teas, and all linens (bed linens, towels, bathrobes, etc.) at your disposal. If you want to work, you can sit at the big table; we have chosen comfortable seats for this. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi/fiber optic will ensure a speed suitable for professional use. If you have small children, access to the building and apartment is perfect with strollers (access ramps, wide elevators, etc.). The building is secure, with 2 firefighters on duty 24 hours a day.
