The space The accommodation comprises - A 25 m² living room with sea view, double sofa bed, TV and fireplace (wood not provided). - A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue (gas or charcoal), washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - 500 m² enclosed garden with shower - An 18 m² terrace with sea view and furniture for sunny days. The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Jet skiing, boating, diving, horseback riding, hiking, Porticcio beach less than 10 min away on foot, visiting Ajaccio (old town, port, museums, tastings, markets...)
