Located 10 km from the A10 highway (exit 16: Mer), very close to the Loire by bike and castles by bike. Tourist activities such as the Châteaux of the Loire Valley (Chambord 20 min away) or Beauval Zoo are easily accessible. The entrance to the house is located in a small quiet cul-de-sac, 2 min drive from a bakery, grocery store and pharmacy… WiFi is available 24/7, at no extra cost. Ground floor: Living/dining room side: Living/dining room with sofa, TV cabinet and flat-screen TV, dining table with 6 chairs Kitchen side: The kitchen is fully equipped (induction stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher; vinegar, oil, salt and pepper are at your disposal. Bathroom side: Shower/sink/toilet Hair dryer and straightener available Upstairs: Bedroom side: Bedroom 1: bedroom equipped with two 90 x 200 beds (possibility to assemble the two beds into a 180 x 200 double bed, to be specified when you book). A wardrobe will allow you to store your clothes. Hangers are available. Bedroom 2: bedroom with a 140 x 200 double bed and a wardrobe. A folding crib is available on request (sheet available). Bedroom 3: Bedroom equipped with a 140 x 200 double bed and a wardrobe. The beds will be made upon arrival. One bath towel per person available. Upstairs is a separate toilet and an office on the landing. Note: the stairs are a little steep, with a ramp. Fan available in case of high heat Some consumables are provided to facilitate your arrival, the rest will be provided by you for the rest of the stay. Outside: A quiet corner will allow you to eat outside in complete tranquility. A free parking space is dedicated to guests. Possibility to store your bikes safely. Bike repair kit available.
