Le Clos de l 'Elise: Charming house overlooking the River Discover our family property on the Alabaster coast in Normandy, 5 minutes from Varengeville-sur-Mer and Quiberville-sur-Mer. Renovated mansion with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and wood-burning stove. Longhouse with 1 bedroom and bathroom. Large garden with terrace, barbecue, sunbeds. Parking for 2 cars. Rural tranquility close to the beaches. The space The Main House 3 Bedrooms: One parent with a 160 cm bed, two with two 90 cm beds. Comfortable living room and Elegant dining area Fully equipped kitchen: Washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. Bathrooms: One with toilet upstairs, a separate toilet on the ground floor. Wood burning stove for a cozy atmosphere. Outside Large country garden, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sunbeds, ping pong table. Indoor parking for two cars. Guest access The entire main unit and its furniture are accessible to the guests. Except, a few private cabinets. Other things to note Two formulas for linens: - The first (basic formula): sheets, duvet covers and linens are not provided. - the second: We provide you with all the sheets, duvet covers, linens, beds will be made. this service will be payable at check-in. It's €16 per person. Dogs can be accepted by following small basic rules: Dogs Welcome Rules Dog Behaviour: Dogs must be well-behaved, non-aggressive and not cause disturbance to other occupants or neighbors. Cleanliness: Please pick up your dog's waste from the garden and outdoor areas. Pickup bags are available to you. Restricted access: Dogs are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your dog's blanket, basket, or niche to feel at home without using the furniture in the house. Surveillance: Do not leave your dog unattended inside the house. Make sure it doesn't cause damage. Respect for the Place: Please ensure that your dog does not dig in the garden or destroy outdoor plants or equipment. Vaccinations: Make sure your dog is up to date with their vaccinations and pest control treatments before you arrive. Noise: Avoid your dog barking excessively, especially early in the morning or late at night. Accessories: Bring your dog's blanket, basket, or niche to feel at home without using the furniture in the house.
