The space The Main House 3 Bedrooms: One master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, two with twin 90 cm beds. Comfortable Living Room and Elegant Dining Room Equipped Kitchen: Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. Bathrooms: One with a toilet upstairs, a separate toilet on the ground floor. Wood Stove for a warm ambiance. Exterior Large country garden, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, ping-pong table. Indoor parking for two cars. Guest access The entire main house and along with the furniture, are accessible to guests. Except for a few private cabinets. Other things to note Two Options for Bed Linen: The First (Basic Option): Bed sheets, duvet covers, and household linen are not provided. The Second: We provide all bed sheets, duvet covers, and household linen, and the beds will be made. This service is payable upon arrival. It costs €16 per person. Dogs Are Welcome with Basic Rules: Rules for Welcoming Dogs Dog Behavior: Dogs must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and not cause any nuisance to other occupants or neighbors. Cleanliness: Please clean up after your dog in the garden and outdoor areas. Disposal bags are provided. Restricted Access: Dogs are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your dog’s blanket, bed, or crate so they feel at home without using the house furniture. Supervision: Do not leave your dog unsupervised inside the house. Ensure they do not cause any damage. Respect for the Property: Please ensure your dog does not dig in the garden or damage plants and outdoor equipment. Vaccinations: Ensure your dog is up to date with vaccinations and flea treatments before arrival. Noise: Avoid excessive barking, especially early in the morning or late at night. Accessories: Bring your dog’s blanket, bed, or crate so they feel at home without using the house furniture.
