Supermarket services are very close by. Just 5km from downtown Piriapolis and 30 minutes from Punta del Este. It has a bus stop a block away with very good frequency to pyriapolis and Punta del Este. Fully furnished for 4 guests. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Guest access It has shared grills on one side of the building, a green front for common use and a wide background on which you can leave vehicles and hang clothes. Other things to note Free Wi-Fi during January and February. The rest of the months are limited. TV with local channels. The electricity consumption is charged after the end of the stay, based on what has been consumed during that period. It's not usually significant.
