The space We rent you our house of character by a river, for 6 people, in a hamlet in the heart of the Drôme provençale and the massif des Baronnies with a beautiful view on the historic village and the mountains. Nestled at an altitude of 400 m, the house, although very sunny remains temperate even in the hot weather! Equipped with screens, you can easily ventilate. It has 2 fully air-conditioned levels: Upstairs: a large, very bright living room/dining room/open kitchen fully equipped, with direct access to the sunny and half-covered terrace with views of the mountains, equipped with a Weber BBQ. You can eat and rest on the sunbeds listening to the river and the birdsong. 1 master bedroom queen bed (160x200) with dressing room and shower room with direct access to the terrace, 1 independent toilet. On the ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (140x200), 1 bathroom, and an independent toilet. Washer available, fiber connection, TV. Located 10 minutes from Buis Les Baronnies, you are at the foot of Mont Ventoux and on the way to lavender and the Col de Fontaube. 20 mins from Vaison la Romaine, 30 mins from Nyons, one hour from Avignon and Îsle-sur-la-Sorgue. Free parking is available on the street, and if you have bicycles, we provide our laundry room for storage. Supermarkets, bakeries and all amenities in Buis les Baronnies.
