Welcome to “Tu casita” Charming Alsatian house of 105m2 with exposed beams, completely renovated in 2015, with views to the church. Located in the heart of Alsace along the Wine Route. Only 15 minutes from Colmar and close to many tourist sites. The space The house is arranged on two floors more an attic floors. The living room is on the first floor; it includes the living room with its wood stove, a dining room with a table for 6 people as well as the fully equipped kitchen. A WC is also located on this floor. The bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds are located on the second floor as well as the bathroom equipped with a bathtub and Italian shower. The second bedroom with 1 double bed is located in the attic, max height. 175cm accessible by a miller's staircase (not suitable for very young children). An equipped laundry room is at your disposal on the ground floor as well as a bicycle or motorcycle garage (under request). The house has a small courtyard of 10m2. Easy parking for cars at the foot of the house. Baby cot and high chair available on request. We wish you a very pleasant stay and remain available for any additional requests. Guest access Access: - 30 minutes from Bale-Mulhouse airport - 1h30 min from Zurich-Switzerland airport - 20 minutes by car from tourist towns like Colmar and 1 hour from Strasbourg Rouffach has an SNCF station TER line: Basel - Mulhouse - Colmar - Strasbourg. Tickets can be purchased from a ticket machine, however the station does not have a reception desk. The station is about ten minutes walk from the city center (cycle path to the city center). For ski enthusiasts, several ski areas are at your disposal within an hour's drive. Europa Park leisure park located less than an hour by car. Other things to note The house is completely at your disposal. The garage will be dedicated to two-wheeled vehicles. You can park your cars on the large sidewalk at the foot of the house or in the church parking lot dedicated for this purpose. No PMR access
