Idyllic location 300 meters from the old town and 200 meters from the lake on foot and 300 meters from bike and boat rentals. You have a private parking space for 1 car. 1 bicycle parking is also available in the commons. If we have a complaint from the neighborhood during your stay we will be able to withdraw you up to 50% of the deposit (475 €), as a reminder we are in a luxury residence, as stipulated in your welcome booklet any overflow will not be allowed. You agree when booking to be 7 people maximum in this accommodation, if however you would be more numerous we will also be able to withdraw 50% of the deposit (475 €). Mandatory extras in addition to the rate/night are: - the cleaning (price per property) is included in the reservation automatically - Bed linen and towels (not Included): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before arrival. When you arrive, if there is a change in the composition of the beds that has not been transmitted to the agency before, there will be a charge of 30 euros for the service. Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras: The household includes: - Floor, surface and glass cleaning; - cleaning of the bathroom and toilets; - disinfection of the dwelling The household does not include: - cleaning, drying and storing dishes - Storage of housing furniture and equipment; - removal of foodstuffs from the refrigerator Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.
