The space Welcome to Pannonica – Country house in the heart of a small family farm Our house is located in Montagny-sur-Grosne, in a rural, wild and quiet setting. It is part of a farmhouse that we live in with our family, in the adjoining barn transformed into a cozy accommodation. Here, we lead a simple and joyful life, between artistic activity and small-scale farming: chicken breeding, beehives, and soon horses. We are not professional hosts, but a family of artists and farmers. We have renovated this house with love, in a warm and unpretentious spirit. The house is spacious and can accommodate up to 12 people. It has five bedrooms with various sleeping arrangements (double beds, single beds, Japanese futon for two, sofa bed). Some rooms are connecting, others independent, making it ideal for family stays. There is also an office space and a play area for children. Outside, you will enjoy a large, slightly wild garden, shared with our animals: a chicken coop with original breeds of chickens, bees, an adorable rabbit, cute cats, a very sweet old family dog, and a young dog full of tenderness (but still a little awkward with children!). Our animals live in freedom and harmony around the house. The garden is equipped with tables, barbecue, swing, trampoline, and a small pond with frogs. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, ideal for walks, nature observation and relaxation. We welcome you with simplicity in our little haven of peace. Welcome to our home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the shared garden and outdoor facilities (swing, trampoline, barbecue, etc.). Parking is available below, near the green gate (visible sign), with the possibility of connecting an electric vehicle (classic domestic socket). Please do not park in the courtyard. Check-in is usually from 3 p.m. Please let us know 30 minutes before check-in. We will welcome you for the key handover. Our dogs may bark when you arrive, but don't worry: they are friendly! The old border collie is very calm, and the young female (very affectionate, but still a little clumsy) is still learning. Other things to note You will stay in a family home located in the heart of a small living farm, with a small-scale farming activity. Here, we raise old breeds of chickens, we have beehives, cats, a very gentle dog, a playful young female dog, a rabbit, and soon... horses! It is a place of shared life with humans and animals, in an approach that respects the environment and biodiversity. The grass can be tall, the flowers are often wild, there are lots of insects, and that's exactly what we like. Paths are maintained to ensure easy and pleasant circulation in the garden. It is a great opportunity to discover (or rediscover) life in the countryside, in a simple, joyful and lively setting. Children love to observe animals, collect eggs or look for frogs around the pond. We will be happy to discuss our activities with you, let you taste our fresh eggs, and share our tips for discovering the region.
