The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 45 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) - Bathroom with shower and WC - Small laundry room with washing machine First floor - Bedroom 3: master suite with double bed (140x190), sofa, bathroom with bath and WC, adjoining terrace overlooking the Biguglia lake and surrounding mountains. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Exterior: -Private 6m x 3m swimming pool. - A beautiful 500 m² fenced garden - A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
