We fell in love with this building. As part of its renovation, we wanted to keep the soul of this house. Sandrine and Ludovic welcome you to the cottage: l'Olivier, inspired by Provence. Located in a small real estate complex (Lou Caladou) composed of an old straw house and an old wine building, containing a second cottage for two people. l'Olivier is on the ground floor of our home. This one is composed of Sandrine's workshop, a cellar, the cottage and its pool area under shelter. You have two accesses; one that is private through the garden and pool and one through the entrance next to the cellar. It is equipped to accommodate 4 people with 1 bedroom. The entrance opens onto the living room which contains the kitchen area, the dining area, the second bed (BZ140 new) a separate toilet with hand basin. The bedroom consists of a bed (160*200 new) and its ensuite shower room. Direct access to the swimming pool and the private outdoor dining area under shelter. Guests can enjoy the unheated pool area (shared with the owners ** We only come to the pool area when you are not present in the cottage *** you can optionally privatize the pool area) with its direct access through the living room bay window, lockable as a security measure. It is a 5-minute walk to the Ardèche River. Swimming, canoeing, tree climbing park, laser game field and a children's play village (Accrokid), rental of electric scooters and quads, motorized ULM baptism. Walks in the vicinity on foot or by bike with the proximity of the greenway can complete your activities.
