With family or friends, this 8-person gîte is the ideal spot in the middle of nature for your reunions, getaways and rest at a low price. Less than 2 hours from Bordeaux and Toulouse, you are at the gates of Quercy, its climate with Mediterranean and Atlantic influences, its limestone hillsides, its dense forests, its lakes, its rivers and its history. You have a comfortable and equipped cottage, with 3 bedrooms, a covered terrace, a 3 Ha garden and a shared pool. The space With an area of 75 m², the vacation rental is ideally designed for 7 but can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes: > 3 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with 3 single beds, and the last 1 double bed; > a large living room with a nice ceiling height and a wood stove; > an equipped open kitchen; > 1 bathroom with shower; 1 washing machine; > 1 separate toilet; > 1 covered terrace facing south; > 1 fenced and shaded garden. Cleaning and linen are not included. Add €30 for cleaning and €10 per bed if needed. Guest access This place is independent. In the hamlet of TournonZen, you will share: > The secure 5x10 swimming pool (available at certain times, specific opening hours); > The Zen area including a SPA and a Sauna (additional charge); > Many green and quiet spaces; > A barbecue, a bowling alley and children's games; > Bicycles and baby equipment are available upon request. We can advise you on a selection of sports, outdoor, gastronomic and cultural activities adapted to your desires and respectful of people and nature. We also provide you with hiking routes (personalized IGN map or GPS tracks) that all start from TournonZen. Other things to note > Our hamlet is home to several tourist accommodations. The key words are relaxation, nature and rejuvenation. We ensure the tranquility of everyone, while allowing guests to share simple and friendly moments. > Sheets are not included (€10/bed extra) > Cleaning is to be carried out by you (€30 extra) > Dogs and pets are welcome, with prior agreement from us. We ask their owners to respect the tranquility of the inhabitants and the cleanliness of the hamlet. > There is no TV! We provide books or games upon request.
