In the heart of a mountain village, a remarkable renovation of 2 shared cottages, a truly beautiful and vibrant success! Note the little “plus”: a large common room with a kitchen on the garden level, perfect for gatherings with family or friends, for a weekend or longer. The St Colomban des Villards ski resort is closed, with the exception of the beginner ski area, but other ski resorts are accessible: Domaine St François Longchamp/Valmorel 26 km away, La Toussuire/L The space 2 cottages registered with the Town Hall. Cottage located on the 2nd floor from the common entrance in the Town Hall on the street side (but on the 3rd floor if accessed from the property, as the building is on a slope), comprising an entrance hall, a living room–kitchen with a sitting area (convertible sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (2 single 90 x 200 cm beds / 2 single 90 x 200 cm beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Common room with summer kitchen on the garden level. Shared flat yard with garden tables and chairs. Shared washer-dryer combination on the landing between the two cottages. This village school now houses the town hall and two gîtes. Situated on the road to a legendary mountain pass and 3 km (1.9 miles) from a resort connected to the Sybelles ski area, this village is the perfect base for skiing or hiking. The 2 cottages, located on the same floor, are functional and decorated in a range of vibrant, invigorating colors. The 2 cottages can be rented together to accommodate a total of 12 people. The common room is available for an additional fee (rented directly from the Town Hall).
