Ground floor: combined living room/kitchen/lounge, large entrance hall. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 standard double bed, 140 x 190 cm), 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 double bed, 160 x 200 cm / 1 single bed, 90 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom (bidet and toilet). Shared carport and grounds. Shared swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth: 1.50 m) with the owners, subject to conditions (no unrestricted access) Located in a farmhouse dating from 1879, this cottage offers a very comfortable living space for 5 people, as well as a private, shaded terrace that is not overlooked. The village’s location allows for a stellar exploration of the region in all seasons, including Lake Bourget, Lake Annecy, and the Bauges Regional Natural Park. The shops that are open year-round are located in Albens, 3 km away. Spa guests can benefit from a special rate.
