A beautiful ground-level apartment (private access, walkout basement) just a 7-minute walk to the main beach, restaurants, and shopping area. The unit includes one bedroom, a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a cozy living area with 2 futons. Enjoy your own porch with a nice view (limited access to the backyard). Short beach access via Oak St. beside Tim Hortons. Easy access to Sobeys, Dollar Tree, and Shoppers Plaza through the backyard river bridge (use walkway beside the neighbor’s property) The space -Elegant new space. -Short cut to the main beach, less than5 to 7 minuets walking distance through Oke street by Tim Horton. -Five minutes walking distance to all restaurants, and shopping stores. -Short access to Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart, and dollar store plaza through the backyard river bridge. Please use the walkway, off our subdivision street, right beside our neighbour property . -Very nice, like a park, view backyard -Free car parking Please note it’s a quiet neighbourhood area, so no parties:) looking for mature couples, small family, or mature responsible friends ( no noise) Guest access Back main door Private access through the right side of the house Other things to note When I clean, and prepare the place for each a new guest, I always try to think about myself, and what I want, and what I wish from my host to do for me if I rent an Airbnb. That’s why I always make sure it’s 100% clean and very well prepared, in order to have a lovely stay:) I also try to give a late check-out to my guests, and an early check-in, as long as, I finish preparing the place earlier, if I have a check-in, and a check-out, the same day.
