Discover the Essonne Valley with its villages, countryside, castles... The accommodation: The place is composed of a main house on 3 floors allowing both to meet in the common rooms, and to have your personal space thanks to the 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms The main entrance is on the ground floor: an entrance overlooking a 100 m² living room welcomes you. The large kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a microwave, a wine cellar, a warming drawer, Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream, all the equipment or accessories necessary to prepare good meals, a dishwasher, an induction hob and an American fridge. Two tables are available for large friendly meals. The 4-sided fireplace brings you comforting warmth and a nice show. The two electric relax sofas can accommodate 3 to 4 people each. And finally the large bay windows overlook terraces overlooking the garden. The south-facing terrace is equipped with an extendable table that can accommodate up to 12 guests and garden furniture of the same capacity. A workspace allows you to isolate yourself and be able to finish a file comfortably thanks to the two screens. A spacious bedroom with its private bathroom will make you want to bask for hours in the large bathtub. 1 toilet is accessible on the ground floor. On the ground floor, you will find a leisure area of 80 m² including a living room with corner sofa, a pool table, a bar and a kitchen and a TV room with a starry ceiling. This room overlooks the indoor pool and its shower room. Zero gravity relaxing armchair or deck chair, choose where you want to finish your last book. The kitchen overlooks a barbecue area, pizza oven and an outdoor table that can accommodate 6 people. On the same floor is a sleeping area with two double bedrooms overlooking the garden and a shared bathroom. A laundry room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and drying rack. Upstairs, 1 master suite with 160 cm bed, and private bathroom in polished concrete equipped with a large bathtub, as well as a shower. 2 children's bedrooms, the first with a 90 X 190 trundle bed and another identical mattress underneath, in the second bedroom 2 70 X 140 cm baby beds and a trundle bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. Finally, a last master suite with a 160 cm bed, its travertine bathroom and its shower under the skylight. Children will be delighted by the playground in the garden with its swing and basketball hoop The WiFi network and its repeaters with a very high-speed fiber connection covers the entire house. Please note: A security deposit of the rental amount will be required upon check-in. A resort certificate must be sent before the rental start date. It is not possible to exceed the capacity for insurance reasons. It is also not allowed to invite people not included in the booking, even if they do not sleep on the premises.
