The listing: The place is composed of a main house on 3 floors allowing as much to gather in the common areas, as to have its personal space thanks to the 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms The main entrance is on the ground floor: an entrance overlooking a 100m² living room welcomes you. The large kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a microwave, a wine cellar, a heated drawer, nespresso coffee machine, sodastream all the necessary equipment or accessories to prepare good meals, a dishwasher, an induction hob and an American fridge. Two tables are available for large convivial meals. The 4-faced fireplace brings you comforting warmth and a lovely show. The two relaxing electric sofas can accommodate 3-4 people each. And finally, the large glass windows overlook terraces that dominate the garden. The south facing terrace is equipped with an extendable table for up to 12 guests and a garden furniture of the same capacity. A workspace allows you to isolate yourself and finish a folder comfortably thanks to the two screens. A spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom will make you want to lounge for hours in the large bathtub. 1 toilet can be accessed on the ground floor.
