Come and enjoy this charming stone house in the middle of the village in the old quarter. Quiet and close to all amenities on foot. Free parking. Vézère is 100 m away. A gate opens onto a courtyard for eating outside. The kitchen is on the garden level. The living room, bathroom, toilet and laundry room are on the ground floor. 2 upstairs bedrooms with a double bed each (140 and 160) as well as the main bathroom and separate toilet. Stone walls, wooden furniture, a slate roof: we chose to use healthy materials. Very bright and airy house (with cross ventilation) thanks to its various windows, French windows and glass walls. The tiling on the ground floor and the stone walls keep the house cool if you leave the doors and windows closed during hot weather and ventilate instead in the evening and in the morning.
