This peaceful and modern place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The large living room allows for convivial moments. The terrace with a fire pit will delight gourmands of chamallows. You can take advantage of the proximity to the countryside (Dampierre, Chevreuse), but also the neighboring cities to stroll with pleasure (Versailles, Chevreuse centre, Saint Quentin en Yvelienes, Rambouillet). The beautiful city of Chartres is also 45 minutes away, and Paris is 40 minutes away. The space This house totally renovated in 2019 has a large living room of more than 50m2 with kitchen open to the living room. Three large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout this room ensure brightness all day long. 3 bedrooms are available with in the master bedroom on the ground floor, a double bed 140cm wide, a dressing room and a walk-in shower with two built-in columns, in the second, a 160cm long trundle cabin bed for 2 small children, and in the last, a 140cm long sofa bed. Ability to form a double bed in the living room by bringing the two sofas together and adding a mattress on top on request. The green sofa can also be used as a bed(width 120 cm) and blue can be used as a bed if required. A crib as well as a changing table can be made available in the 3rd bedroom on request. Toilets are available on each floor, including one in the bathroom on the first floor. The house works with a home automation system: each switch turns on lights and a rolling flyer. The 700m2 garden allows you to enjoy beautiful privacy. Children can play on the elevated cabin with slide or in the large trampoline. The 75m long garden is bordered by an impressive shed made of wood from the 1950s that ensures privacy (not overlooked) and total calm (shed used for storage). The main room is surrounded by a terrace on which a well has been enhanced by a fire pit, convenient for making planchas in addition to the barbecue, warming up around a fire and melting chamallows for gourmands. The terrace has a large umbrella, a garden furniture with a sofa and two armchairs (to be stored in a tarpaulin bag after each use) + 2 pairs of 3 superimposed pallets with adapted cushions. 3 private parking spaces are accessible by gate at the back of the garden, as well as 2, just in front of the house. The living room contains a large toy library of over 100 games, which must be enjoyed while taking care. The house is centrally placed for the Olympics: Elancourt Hill and Chevreuse Valley for cycling, Velodrome de Saint Quentin en Yvelines, Guyancourt National Golf Course, and Versailles Racecourse. Transportation is less than 10 min drive away with free parking at Trappes train station, or by bus (station 5-10min walk). A rentable electric scooter station is also available on the square at the end of the street. Amenities are in the city center within a 10-minute walk. You will find a bakery, a pharmacy, a crossroads city, but also "Chez Paulette", super bar - grocery store installed in the beautiful old house with the clear green gate facing the Church, which we recommend for a drink, take a board or buy, vegetables, fruits, and local farm products.
