Nestled in Champagnole, nicknamed "the pearl of the Jura", our house is located 540 meters above sea level, on the first plateau of the Jura massif. It's the perfect place for nature and terroir lovers. Just 15 minutes from the beautiful lake region and 25 minutes from the ski slopes, you can also explore the vineyards and enjoy the delicious local cuisine. Recently renovated, our family home is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by greenery, while being only 250 meters from the city center. You will find all the needed commodities: shops, swimming pool, cinema, pharmacy, restaurants and the tourist office. You'll feel right at home here! The ground floor includes a bright living room, open to a fully equipped kitchen, where you can relax on the sofa or share meals around the table. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker and much more. Upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 160 cm bed, a large wardrobe and a desk with fiber connection. Children will enjoy the small bedroom with its bunk beds, while the third bedroom offers two 90 cm beds. A modern bathroom with large shower and separate toilet complete this space. For your comfort, we provide a garage to store your bikes, skis or motorcycles, as well as free Wi-Fi and a 4G+/5G connection. You can also find board games, a Wi-Fi speaker and a washing machine. Bed linen is provided (except for the folding crib, remember to bring your mattress cover), as well as towels and tea towels. You can also enjoy our adjoining terrace for moments of relaxation outdoors. The reception will be according to your arrival time, either by us or autonomously thanks to a secure key box. You will have a private parking space right in front of the house, in a dead-end street reserved for residents. A playground and quiet green space are also nearby, perfect for children.
