Contemporary house from 2024 4-star * vacation rental Don't wait any longer to book this new rental built in 2023 located in Normandy, 2 km from the sea and 300 m from shops. Fully equipped and newly renovated in a contemporary style, the house will accommodate up to 5 for your vacation near the sea. Close to the landing beaches, Mont Saint Michel, Agon-Coutainville, the north Coutain, the Channel Islands... The space This beachfront vacation rental includes: A large kitchen equipped with central island, a dining room for 5 people, a living room with sofa bed, decorative fireplace, smart TV, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 double bed, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200, for 2 people, a 3rd bedroom with a single bed, possibility to transform this room into a massage room or office with Wi-Fi, your choice... a bathroom with walk-in shower. You can relax: A Balneotherapy is at your disposal during your stay for moments of well-being. You will have 3 parking spaces in front of the house. Linens are provided for all beds and towels are provided. Two bikes will be at your disposal to go to the beach ;) Magnificent landscapes are to be discovered at the mercy of the different tides. Many water activities are offered at the Agon-Coutainville sailing club. Many exceptional sites, the Pointe d'Agon, the harbor of Régnéville, the cabins of Gouville, the seaside are to be seen in the surroundings with sandy beaches as well as all our islands (Chausey Islands, Jersey, Guernsey...) Not to mention the Cotentin, the Gatteville lighthouse, Saint Vaast la Hougue, the various harbors along the west coast... Fishing and hiking enthusiasts will be seduced by the seaside environment. The beach is 2 km away. Extra charge: Early check-in (€15 - 2 p.m. minimum) and/or late check-out (€15 - 2 p.m. max) possible depending on the availability of the accommodation. The 3rd bedroom can be arranged according to your wishes: - bedroom with 1 single bed and/or 1 umbrella bed - Massage room - office Please let us know your desired layout for this 3rd bedroom ;) If you have an electric car, there is an outlet outside but you will be asked for a supplement of €10 per day.
