Enjoy a friendly stay in our cottage for 5 to 7 people, located in the countryside just 12 minutes from the sea. Warm and bright, it invites you to relax, play outdoors and share moments with family or friends, for a simple and rejuvenating stay. The space In our cottage everything is designed to make you feel at home, for a getaway in the great outdoors. It is located in a house composed of two totally independent apartments, each with its own private enclosed garden and terrace not overlooked, perfect for sharing meals outdoors, relaxing in the sun or simply enjoying a quiet moment. Inside you will find, - a fully equipped, practical kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, glass-ceramic hob, large refrigerator, crockery, vacuum cleaner, raclette set, plancha, pancake party, etc.) - a large bright living room with dining and living room where we like to meet - bathroom - 2 comfortable double bedrooms with double bed - 1 small cozy bedroom for one person - a pull-out bed in the living room to accommodate 1-2 extra people - a travel cot is also available for an additional toddler. Linens are provided for stays of 4 nights or more (sheets, duvets, towels, tea towels). For short stays of 2 or 3 nights, you can bring your own linen or rent it on request (€7 per person). All beds are fitted with mattress covers and pillow covers for optimal comfort. No rental for less than two nights from September to June, 4 nights July and August For your moments of relaxation, you can find garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue available, but also a TV equipped with a streaming system in one of the bedrooms, board games and beach games for young and old. In the backyard you can play darts, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, monkey bars, petanque, 1 child bike 3/5 and 8/10, scooter... everything is available at the cottage. Check-in is simple and flexible with the key box. Close to the cottage, you will find everything you could possibly need: cinema, bowling alley, aquatic area, restaurants, shops, markets, beach, zoo, pharmacy and hospitals. In the village: bread store, tobacco shop, convenience store, café, train station and children's playground. Just a 5-minute drive away, you'll find restaurants, pizzeria, supermarket, bakery, butcher... Capacity of the cottage: up to 7 people + 1 toddler. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside, while staying close to everything: - the sea is only 12 minutes away, - Avranches, Villedieu les Poêles and Granville are very close. - and the mythical Mont-Saint-Michel is only 30 minutes away by car. Whether you come to relax, discover the bay, enjoy the beach or share good times with family, our cottage will be the perfect base for your vacation.
