Enjoy a relaxing stay in our cottage for 7 people and 1 toddler, located in the countryside 12 minutes from the sea. Warm and bright, it invites you to relax in the garden, play outdoor games, and have a barbecue on the terrace. The Manche is a playground, whether you come to visit, explore the beaches, cycle or hike on the coastal trails. All activities are listed in the booklet available in the gîte to help you during your stay. The space In our cottage, everything is designed to make you feel good during a getaway in the great outdoors. It is located in a house made up of two completely independent vacation accommodations, each with its own enclosed private garden and unoverlooked terrace, perfect for sharing meals outdoors, relaxing in the sun or simply enjoying a quiet moment. Inside, you will find: - a fully equipped, practical kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, glass-ceramic cooktop, large fridge, dishes, vacuum cleaner, raclette set, plancha, crêpe maker, etc.) - a large, bright living room with a dining area and lounge where we like to gather - a bathroom - 2 comfortable double bedrooms with a double bed; a foldable crib with a mattress can be made available. - 1 small cozy bedroom for one person - a pullout bed in the living room to accommodate 2 additional people (2 comfortable 90x190 mattresses) and 1 extra bed for a young child possible, 1-person folding sofa bed (10-cm-thick foam mattress, see photo). In the accommodation, baby booster seats with straps, plastic dishes, baby bathtub. Linens are provided for stays of 3 nights or more (sheets, duvets, towels, tea towels). No linens for the sofa bed and the baby bed; bring what you need (only blankets are available). For short stays of 2 nights, you can bring your own linen or rent it on request (€5 per person). All beds are fitted with mattress and pillow protectors for optimal comfort. For your leisure time, you will find garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue available, as well as a TV equipped with a streaming system, board games, outdoor games and beach games for young and old. In the back yard, you can play darts, volleyball, racquetball, monkey bars, pétanque, scooter, skateboard... everything is available at the cottage. In the basement shared by both cottages, there is a washing machine and a plug-in chest freezer. Provide charcoal for the barbecue and laundry detergent. Guest access Axe Avranches , Granville , Villedieu . This property is located in the countryside, a 12-minute drive from the sea. It is located between Avranches, Saint-Martin-de-Bréal, Granville, and Villedieu-les-Poêles, 15 minutes from these towns and 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel. Many tourist activities nearby: beaches, hiking trails by the sea, in the forest or on hedged paths, GR, bike path, abbey, castle, zoo, golf, mini-golf, tree climbing, bowling, cinema, water park, adventure park, thalassotherapy, water activities, horseback riding, public garden, etc., all within a 20-minute radius. Folligny is a quiet village, with a train station, a convenience store, a children's playground, and a fitness trail. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find restaurants, a pizzeria, shops, and numerous markets. There is a train station in the village, a 5-minute walk away, with services to Paris, Granville, Rennes, and Caen.
