We will be delighted to host you in our Airbnb. 100 m² on one level, large private parking in front of the entrance, close to the center, stadium and lake. All amenities are close by. The bakery is right across the street. In a 19th century house, the accommodation has 2 large bedrooms, a living-dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine. New equipment, Wi-Fi. The space The apartment is on the ground floor. One of the two bedrooms as well as the kitchen have a beautiful view of the back garden, quiet (no garden access). The accommodation is located right across from the Longeville marina and allows walks along the Moselle (3 minutes' walk, the Metz'o is available - river shuttle that takes you to the historic city center). In addition to private parking, there is the possibility for motorcyclists to park their motorcycle safely in our porch (locked). There are a total of 4 beds with 160/200 queen size beds. The mattresses (memory foam) and beds are new, as well as all the furniture and equipment (except the two Lorraine wardrobes). There is WiFi (fiber) in the accommodation. A laundry room is also included with a washing machine and clothes rack (we plan to add a dryer later). We are very responsive when needed.
