The bakery is just across the street. In a 19th century character house, the accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate wc, laundry room with washing machine. New equipment, wifi. The space The apartment is on the ground floor. One of the two bedrooms as well as the kitchen enjoy a very nice view of the back garden, quiet (no garden access). The accommodation is located right in front of the marina of Longeville and allows walks along the Moselle (3mn walk, the Metz'o is available - river shuttle that takes you to the historic city center). In addition to the private parking, there is the possibility for bikers to park their motorcycle in the shelter in our porch (locked). There are a total of 4 beds with queen size beds of 160/200. The mattresses (memory foam) and beds are new, as well as all the furniture and amenities (except for the two cupboards). There is wifi (fiber) in the accommodation. A laundry room is also in the present with a washing machine and a hanging rack (we subsequently plan to add a dryer). We are very responsive when needed.
