Bright, spacious and very well-equipped, this house will bring you all the comforts you need. You can enjoy its quiet garden and not overlooked after a short walk along the Cens or the Erdre. The machines of the island, the castle of Anne of Brittany, the city center, the Beaujoire stadium are accessible in less than 25 min by bike or bus. The space the house is composed of a large living room with a seating area, dining room, reading/piano area and an open kitchen. there are 4 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed 200×160, 2 with 1 single bed each (90×190) and 1 with a double bed (160×200) or single bed (90×200) as needed. there is also an office space with a bz for potentially a 3rd double bed (140×200). the house has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Guest access possibility to park a car on the property. if another vehicle you will have to park it on the street (free spaces) Other things to note Cleaning is to be done by the tenants but there is the option not to do it by notifying before arrival and it will then be charged €50. However, if the cleaning is not done, without having warned, or poorly done, you may be charged up to €100.
