This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Ideally located in Uzes, very beautiful town of Le Gard. 15’walk to the city center. Close to various tourist places (Pont du Gard, town of Nîmes, the Camargue, Avignon, Anduze...) The space Our house is 120 m2. On the ground floor, we have a beautiful living space including a living room, dining room with an open kitchen, laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and the bathroom ( with toilet). The terrace on the north side allows you to enjoy the shade for a good part of the day. The land is 650m2 with a (unheated) swimming pool of 3.5mx8m. Your vehicle can be parked in front of the garage. Guest access Only attic & Garage will not be accessible. Other things to note We are very concerned with the respect of the neighborhood and want our hosts to be as well, especially with regard to noise.
