Emilie's cottage, sea view on the coastal path

Green destination by the sea, overlooking the Gulf of Morbihan. Beaches, tides, hiking, sailing club, heritage, shopping, gastronomy... All the ingredients of an (i)ode to joy! Emilie's cottage is a wooden house, bathed in sunshine, located on the coastal path (GR34) on one side and on the church square on the other (bakery, supermarket, organic market, etc.) Warm and comfortable 175 m2 cottage, (5 bedrooms-10 people) + possibility of small house (2 people) The space Ideal house for 2 families! The ground floor consists of an entrance with toilet, an open kitchen, a living/dining room and a bedroom (bed 150 cm x 200 cm) with its shower room and toilet (independent entrance if necessary). On the 1st floor, a double bedroom (bed 160 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom, an office (with a single bed), a double bedroom (bed 140 cm x 190 cm) and its shower room and another kitchen or games room (independent entrance if necessary). + Laundry (dryer and washing machine) On the 2nd floor, a double bedroom (160 cm x 200 cm bed) with shower room and toilet and another double bedroom (160 cm x 200 cm bed). There are 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including 3 adjoining bedrooms) in the large house. Possibility to add the small cottage: 1 double bed in mezzanine (160 cm x 200 cm) in the small house, with kitchenette, shower room and extra bench/mattress (90 euros/night) Towels, tea towels and sheets are provided (beds made) There are plenty of books, comics, magazines (decorative!), board games and badminton net. Large garden, ash terrace, garden table and chairs, parasols, plancha, deckchairs, garage (with its 2 surfboards that you can use), bicycles (used condition) and 2 parking spaces are at your disposal. The view of the landscaped garden, stone walls, old oaks and the sea is beautiful. The changing landscapes of the tides are enchanting! Whether for vacations, to get some fresh air, work and/or telework (broadband), the place is ideal: shops and nature are combined in the same place. You will be 50 m from the beautiful church of Séné, shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants...), schools (there are sounds of children, in summer too because the school welcomes children during the day during the week) and the very friendly organic market on Friday evening; but also 4.5 km from the pretty port of Vannes (8 min by car, 20 min by bike), its medieval old town, its ramparts, its famous market and its restaurants (we eat very well in the area!). There are also plenty of pretty shops in Vannes. Our house is located on the GR34 coastal trail. Not always need a car... on foot, by bus or by bike (bike paths), there are many walks to do in this nature reserve (70 km of trails) known for these magnificent sunsets, its oyster tastings, its beaches and its marshes. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Accessible by train to Vannes station, then direct bus to the town hall of Séné (note: no buses in the evening or on Sunday). 7 minutes by bike, by a small path, you have the beaches of the Gulf (Mousterian), the Pointe du Bill (and the renowned sailing club of Mouettes Sinagotes), Moustérian, Port Anna, departures for Ile d'Arz and 30-40 minutes to the beaches of the Ocean (Sarzeau, Presqu'île de Rhuys and a little further, Trinité/mer, Carnac...), but also Île aux Moines, departures for Belle-Ile, Houat are not very far. There are enough things to do every day, the area is wonderful and full of treasures! We are happy to know that others will be able to enjoy the joys of this house. Please take care of it!
