Description
Green destination with a view of the Gulf of Morbihan. Beaches, tides, hikes, sailing club, heritage, shopping, gastronomy... All the ingredients of an (i)ode to joy! Emilie's cottage is a wooden house, bathed in sunshine, located on the coastal path (GR34) on one side and on the church square on the other (bakery, convenience store, organic market, ...) Warm and comfortable 175m2 cottage, (5 bedrooms-10 pers) + possibility of small house (2 people) The space Ideal home for 2 families! The ground floor consists of an entrance with toilet, an open kitchen, a living/dining room and a bedroom (bed 150cm x 200cm) with its bathroom and toilet (independent entrance if needed). On the 1st floor, a double bedroom (bed 160cm x 200cm) and a bathroom, a desk (with a single bed), a double bedroom (bed 140cm x 190cm) and its shower room and another kitchen or games room (independent entrance if necessary). + Laundry (Dryer and washing machine) On the 2nd floor, a double bedroom (bed 160cm x 200cm) with shower room and toilet and another double bedroom (bed 160cmx200cm). So there are 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including 3 adjoining the bedrooms) in the large house. Possibility to add the small cottage: 1 double bed on the mezzanine (160cm x 200cm) in the small house, with kitchenette, shower room and bench/extra mattress (90 euros/night) Towels, towels and sheets are provided (beds made) There are plenty of books, comics, magazines (decor!), board games and badminton net. Large garden, ash terrace, garden table and chairs, umbrellas, plancha, sunbeds, garage (with its 2 surfs that you can use), bikes (state of use) and 2 parking spaces are at your disposal. The views of the landscaped garden, stone walls, old oaks, and the sea are beautiful. The changing landscapes of the tides are enchanting! Whether for holidays, to get some fresh air, work and/or work remotely (high-speed), the place is ideal: shops and nature are gathered in the same place. You will be 50m from the beautiful church of Sené, shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants...), schools (there are children's noises, summer too because the school welcomes children during the day during the week) and the very friendly organic market on Friday evening; but also 4.5km from the pretty port of Vannes (8mn by car, 20mn by bike), its medieval old town, its ramparts, its famous market and its restaurants (we eat very well in the area!). There are also lots of pretty shops in Vannes. Our house is located on the coastal path of the GR34. No need for a car... on foot, by bus or by bike (bike paths), there are many walks to do in this nature reserve (70km of trails) known for these magnificent sunsets, oyster tastings, beaches and marshes. Electric car charging station 50m away. Accessible by train to Vannes station, then direct bus to Sené Town Hall (be careful no buses in the evening or on Sundays). 7 minutes by bike, by a small path, you have the beaches of the Gulf (Mousterian), the tip of the Bill (and the renowned sailing club of the Mouettes Sinagotes), Mousterian, port Anna, the departures for the Ile d 'Arz and 30-40 minutes from the beaches of the Ocean (Sarzeau, Presqu'île de Rhuys and a little further, the Trinity/sea, Carnac...), but also the island of Les Moines, the departures to Belle-Ile, Houat are not very far away. There's plenty to do different things every day, the area is wonderful and full of treasures! We are happy to know that other people will be able to enjoy the joys of this house.
