The space The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 4) and a single bed - A games and relaxation area - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. Outside: - A lovely south-facing 300 m² enclosed garden - A 35 m² terrace open to the living room, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
