Free parking in the surrounding streets. The space The ground floor has been completely redesigned by an architect with excellent traffic. Entrance and its many storage facilities, which serves the dining room on the courtyard on one side, the living room on the street, on the other. The bathrooms are integrated into a central cube, behind which is the fitted kitchen, which mirrors at the entrance. A beautiful outdoor space facing south, not overlooked, consisting of a dining area, a wooden terrace and a barbecue. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one of which is open to the living room. One offering a queen bed (160) and the other, converted into a dorm, with 1 double bed (140) and two single beds (90). PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO SAFETY BARRIER AT THE STAIRWELL.
