We rent our family country home located a few kms from Magny-en-Vexin. Quiet, surrounded by a beautiful garden composed of varied spaces and embellished with a heated swimming pool, our Vexin stone house will welcome you for a family or friendly stay in the heart of nature. Decorated with taste and passion for beautiful materials, it combines the charm of the old with the comfort of contemporary amenities. The space Less than an hour from Paris, it is an ideal location for a stay with family or friends, or for teleworking in an idyllic setting (house equipped with fiber optic internet). The surrounding countryside offers hilly landscapes of incredible beauty, and multiple opportunities for activities and visits (Domaine de Villarceaux, Monet gardens in Giverny, loops of the Seine, Château de La Roche-Guyon...) The house has an area of 250 m² and the garden covers 5000 m². The house is arranged as follows: On the ground floor - a large entrance with hanging - an extensive cathedral living/dining room, fireplace and Burgundy stone floor; the furniture has been carefully healed. - a very large kitchen overlooking the garden, refurbished in 2023 and fully equipped - Laundry room with washer and dryer On the 1st floor - 1 double bedroom (160 bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower + double vanity sink), refurbished in 2024 - 3 bedrooms each with 2 single pull-out beds - 1 office with a glass roof overlooking the hallway. Board games, children's toys, comics - 1 bathroom (shower + double vanity sink) - 1 independent WC All 4 bedrooms have an office and have been renovated in the last 2 years. They are served by a tiled hallway. On the second floor - 1 master suite: very large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite bathroom (bath + double vanity sink), independent toilet. The house comfortably sleeps 10. In front of the kitchen, a southwest facing terrace allows meals in the sun on a large teak table. In the garden: trampoline, ping pong table (in the barn), sunbeds, umbrella, barbecue area. Finally, housed in its green setting, the pool, 4m x 8m, will delight young and old alike. The pool is not fenced; it is secured by an electric roller shutter. Sun loungers available. Heating by heat pump.
