We rent our family country house located a few kilometers from Magny-en-Vexin. Quiet, surrounded by a beautiful garden composed of various spaces and embellished with a heated pool, our Vexin stone house will welcome you for a relaxing family or friendly stay in the heart of nature. Decorated with taste and passion for beautiful materials, it combines the charm of the old and the comfort of contemporary amenities. The space Less than an hour from Paris, it is an ideal location for a stay with family or friends, or to telecommute in an idyllic setting (house equipped with fiber). The surrounding countryside offers hilly landscapes of incredible beauty, and many possibilities for activities and visits (Domaine de Villarceaux, Monet's gardens in Giverny, Seine loops, Château de La Roche-Guyon...) The house has an area of 250 m² and the garden covers 5000 m². The house is arranged as follows: On the ground floor - a large entrance with a wardrobe - a large cathedral living/dining room, fireplace and Burgundy stone floor; the furniture has been carefully selected. - a very large kitchen overlooking the garden, refurbished in 2023 and fully equipped - a laundry room with washer and dryer On the 1st floor - 1 double bedroom (160 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom (shower + double sink), refurbished in 2024 - 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single pull-out beds - 1 office with a glass wall overlooking the hallway. Board games, children's toys, comics - 1 bathroom (shower + double sink) - 1 separate toilet All 4 bedrooms have a desk and have been renovated in the last 2 years. They are served by a tiled corridor. On the 2nd floor - 1 master suite: very large bedroom with 160 cm bed, ensuite bathroom (bathtub + double sink), separate toilet. The house sleeps 10 comfortably. In front of the kitchen, a terrace, facing southwest, allows you to eat in the sun on a large teak table. In the garden: trampoline, ping pong table (in the barn), deckchairs, umbrella, barbecue area. Finally, housed in its green setting, the swimming pool, 4 m x 8 m, will delight young and old alike. The pool is not fenced; it is secured by an electric roller shutter. Sun loungers available. Heat pump heating. Other things to note The cleaning fee corresponds to the cleaning fee, but also to the provision and washing of linens (sheets, towels, tea towels).
