Floor 1: Apartment "La Poudrière Floor 2: Apartment "La Beurrière". Floor 3: Apartment "La Baraque de l 'Empereur." These 3 75 m2 apartments are laid out and equipped in the same way. They feature: A sea-view bedroom with a 160X200 cm bed and private bathroom + wc. -A bedroom on the terrace side, sleeping 140X200 cm, with private bathroom and toilet. -A fully equipped kitchen. -A living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a dining room with direct access to a 10 m2 balcony with sea view. We also offer -3 secure, covered garages (free service) -3 electric recharging points (paying service) 15 euros per day for an electric car 8 euros per day for a hybrid car.
