Between Belves, Monpazier and Villefranche-du-Périgord, this beautiful residence is the perfect base from which to discover the region and its many castles and activities. Offering an exceptional experience, our property welcomes you with all the equipment and comfort necessary for your stay, you will be at home here. The space We welcome you to a family home, typical accommodation of the region, renovated 20 years ago with a certain taste. 450 m², offering 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (including 3 private), a fully equipped open kitchen of 100 m², a TV lounge (with Canal+ channels) and a game room perfect for kids and adults alike. In addition, there is a laundry room and a large garden with a peaceful view of fields where you can admire horses. The stove and fireplace are out of service in summer. Although very beautiful, it's way too hot to make a fire. Unless it's a barbecue! The latter awaits you on the outdoor terrace (beware of fire during heat waves). Our private pool accompanied by a pool house including a summer kitchen and bathroom, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The pool is secured with a fence and alarm. Your safety is ensured by alarm systems, smoke and gas detectors and fire extinguishers. Pets are welcome! Our team is at your disposal for quality customer service before, during or after your stay.
