Located in Kalkan Akbel, one of Antalya's unique holiday resorts, it is one of our conservative villas with a capacity of 6 people. Our villa has a sauna, table tennis and foosball. A deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash at the entrance to the villa and will be refunded to you if no damage, loss, etc. is encountered during your check-out. The space Room Information; 1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning and bathroom-toilet. 2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning and bathroom-WC. 3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning and bathroom-WC. Kitchen and Living Room Information; Our villa has enough kitchen utensils to meet all your needs, as well as a TV, sofa set, coffee table, etc. in the living room. Pool Information; Our villa has a 3*7 meter pool with a depth of 1.55 meters. Damage Deposit; A deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash at the entrance to the villa and will be refunded to you if no damage, loss, etc. is encountered during your departure. Important Information; The pool and garden maintenance is done regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. No additional fee is charged. The villa is delivered to you clean and ready for your stay. NOTE: The minimum rental period is 5 nights throughout the season.
