The space -the HOT TUB heated to 37 degrees is outside but covered. -the pool is 7 by 3.5 m and has an electric protection shutter. - an awning covers part of the terrace and houses a dining area for 10 people and a lounge area. - a private terrace in front of suite n1 - a wooden terrace surrounds the pool where there are several rest areas with deckchairs - an outdoor shower -ATTENTION the pond in front of the house is PRIVATE, it is not accessible (neither for swimming nor for fishing nor for water sports...) 5 minutes from Lake Viam and 15 minutes from Lake Treignac. - Great walks or bike rides in the area of the vault to do. Other things to note - no pets allowed. - smokers accepted outside. - no loud parties.
