Rated 4-star furnished tourism. Discover this beautiful 16th century mansion, completely renovated this year with taste to mix the comfort and charm of the old stones. Everything is there for an unforgettable holiday! Beautiful volumes to meet inside and out , a very good bedding, a heated pool for summer or a wood stove for winter evenings. All you have to do is make yourself feel at home! The space In the 1930s, the mansion was divided into two big houses, then 50 years later reopened to make it a unique living space. Thanks to this you can take advantage of arrangements to meet all together but also everyone will have their own space for quieter moments. Its location also makes it a perfect place: in a quiet cul-de-sac, with direct access to the edge of the Gulf, you are nevertheless minutes from the great beaches! Its unique composition leaves you with all the possibilities of your stay: You arrive through a very large entrance with all the storage for shoes, coats, beach games... In the extension you discover the first (main) kitchen very well equipped to cook as much as you want. The kitchen is open to the outside with direct access to the outdoor dining area. Also on the ground floor, a very large double living room with a nice wood burning stove, open to the outside as well, making it a friendly place both in summer and winter. The dining room allows you to enjoy meals together, the very large table accommodates more than 14 people! Following the dining room, young and old discover a very large games room, a room that I particularly love! With a large corner sofa, a beautiful TV, and plenty of board games, it only suggests good times! In the back you find the second fitted and equipped kitchen, which can for example allow the early risers of breakfast or the little ones to eat before the parents, all you have to do is choose your organization. The upstairs is accessed by two stairs, one in the entrance and the other close to the games room. You find very beautiful rooms, all furnished with high quality bedding (it's very important for me, rest during the holidays!). To better navigate it, I divided the floor into separate "zones": 1st part (on the 1st floor): A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A very large bedroom is on the same landing with a king-size bed of 180x200cm, storage and seating area. 2nd part (on the 2nd floor): Bathroom with bath and double sinks and separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 160x200cm bed, desk and dressing room. 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), dressing room. 1 bedroom with double bed 140cmx190cm 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160x200cm, dressing table. 3rd part (second floor): 1 bedroom with 180x200cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and vanity. 1 bedroom with two single beds of 90cmx190cm and dresser. **** * Enjoy your weekend longer: whenever possible, we'll be happy to let you extend your last day until late afternoon (except July and August). ***** Guest access You have access to the house and the entire park. Other things to note The bedrooms are only accessible by stairs. The accommodation is not accessible to people in wheelchair (steps and stairs, no bedrooms on the ground floor).
