Rated 4-star furnished tourism. Discover this magnificent 16th century manor, completely renovated this year with taste to mix the comfort and charm of old stones. Everything is there for an unforgettable vacation! Beautiful volumes to meet indoors and outdoors, very good bedding, a heated swimming pool for the summer or a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. All you have to do is make yourself at home! The space In the 1930s, the manor was divided into two large houses, then, 50 years later, reopened to make it a single unique living space. Thanks to this you can enjoy arrangements to meet all together but also everyone will have their space for quieter moments. Its location also makes it a perfect place: in a quiet cul-de-sac, with direct access to the edge of the gulf, you are nevertheless a few minutes from the big beaches! Its unique composition leaves you with all the possibilities of a stay: You arrive through a very large entrance with all the storage for shoes, coats, beach sets... In the extension you will discover the first (main) kitchen, furnished and very well equipped to cook as much as you like. The kitchen is open to the outside with direct access to the outdoor dining area. Also on the ground floor, a very large double living room with a nice wood-burning stove, open to the outside as well, making it a friendly place in summer and winter. The dining room allows you to enjoy meals all together, the very large table accommodates more than 14 people! Following the dining room, young and old discover a very large games room, a room that I particularly like! With a large corner sofa, a nice TV and lots of board games, it only suggests good times! At the back you will find the second fitted and equipped kitchen, which can for example allow early risers to have breakfast or the little ones to eat before the parents, all you have to do is choose your organization. The floor is accessible by two stairs, one in the entrance and the other near the game room. You will find very nice rooms, all furnished with high quality bedding (it is very important to me, rest during the holidays!). To better find your way around, I divided the floor into distinct "areas": 1st part (on the 1st floor): A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A very large bedroom is on the same landing with a very large bed of 180 x 200 cm, storage and rest area. 2nd part (on the 1st floor): Bathroom with bathtub and double sinks and separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed, desk and dressing room. 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), dressing room. 1 bedroom with double bed of 140 cm x 190 cm 1 bedroom with 160 x 200 cm double bed, dressing table. 3rd part (on the second floor): 1 bedroom with 180 x 200 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. 1 bedroom with two 90 cm x 190 cm single beds and dresser. ***** Enjoy your weekend longer: whenever possible, we will be happy to let you extend your last day until the end of the afternoon (except July and August). ***** Guest access You have access to the accommodation and the entire park. Other things to note The rooms are only accessible by stairs. The accommodation is not accessible to people in wheelchairs (steps and stairs, no room on the ground floor).
