This apartment has a bright and comfortable living room as well as a dining room and opens onto a well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms have been carefully designed with colorful touches. Guest access: - The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy! The neighborhood: Located in the historic district of Saint Germain des Prés, in the 6th arrondissement, this 4-room apartment immerses you in the rich cultural heritage of Paris. Once home to the city's most famous artists, the area is known for its rich art galleries and museums. The Rodin Museum (15 min), then enjoy the sun in the Luxembourg Gardens (18 min). History buffs will appreciate the Army Museum (15 min). You will also be close to Rue de Rennes and its shops, as well as a 5-minute walk from the Bon Marché and the large grocery store!! Getting around: Very close to three metro stations: Duroc (150 m), Vaneau (110 m) and Falguière (450 m). Montparnasse train station is 1 km away. Other things to note: - National and International police require that each guest send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so. HOUSE RULES 1. Parties, drugs, loud noises or any type of disturbance to neighbors are totally prohibited, with a possible penalty of eviction and a security deposit seizure of up to €600. 2. Please respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. 3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (corridors, entrance, elevator, stairs). 4. Loss of keys will result in a fee of €100 per key lost. 5. No smoking indoors. 6. If the trash can is full, please take it outside and find the nearest dumpster. 7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises or in its facilities. 8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. 9. The apartment is located above a food business, please respect this workspace. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a financial penalty and full liability for any fines from the administration or local authorities. Thanks for understanding!
