Located in the heart of the village, 2 km from all shops, in front of a bakery, our 90 m2 house will welcome you for a pleasant stay. Guests have an equipped kitchen open to the living room. This one is decorated with a bay window that makes the room bright and pleasant to stay in, overlooking its terrace and the enclosed garden. You have two bedrooms with a double bed. Shower room and separate toilet. 2 parking spots are available The space The entrance opens directly onto the spacious and bright kitchen. Everything is normally there for you to have a pleasant time at meals. You then have the living room and its glass window that overlooks the gated garden. You also have plenty to lounge in front of the TV and its big screen. The bathroom is small but well equipped with a towel dryer and walk-in shower. The two bedrooms at the end of the house have nice storage and each a rest inspiring decoration. The one on the left overlooks the very quiet garden. The one on the right is on the street side, which may be inconvenient for those who are light asleep. Traffic can be important during office hours. Other things to note The house is located in Burgundy at the gateway to Franche-Comté, offering you many opportunities for walks. Within a 30 km radius, you have access to Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, and Dole in the Jura. The house welcomes family, friends and guests. It's designed to provide a pleasant space for everyone. We take special care with the decoration and cleanliness to make it as enjoyable as possible.
