The space The house equipped for a maximum of 10 people consists of: Ground floor • Large living room of 70 m² (living room / kitchen equipped with American fridge / dining room) very bright with large bay windows and direct access to the terrace and pool. • 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 bed, desk and storage • 1 bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds that can be grouped together, closet, desk • 1 bathroom (bath + shower) • 1 separate toilet. The beds are ready upon arrival, towels, bath mats and tea towels are at your disposal. The washing machine and dryer are accessible in the garage. Outdoor and pool: • 1 large saltwater pool (11 x 4), secured by alarm, heated on demand with its large wooden deck and a solar shower. • Deckchairs to enjoy the sun by the pool • Several shaded terraces to use as you wish, 1 table and chairs that can accommodate up to 10 people, 1 garden furniture, 1 barbecue for grilling • Games including a swing, ping pong table and petanque court • A large garage with a charger for electric cars • Several parking spaces are available in front of the house. The house is in a quiet residential area. Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. The villa is non-smoking.
