Cocooning house near Paris

Charming house in a green setting at the gates of Paris (15 km) and Versailles (10 km). The RER C station is only a 10-minute walk away, and allows you to go to Disneyland Paris in 45 minutes, or visit the Eiffel Tower in less than an hour by RER. On site, you can access the magnificent Parc de la Martinière, or walk along the Bièvre in the middle of nature, between fields and Montéclin forest where there is a pony club and tree climbing! The space Nestled in the Bièvre Valley, this cocooning house will warmly welcome you both in summer by its swimming pool surrounded by palm and banana trees, and in winter by the fire of a beautiful central fireplace. The many rooms furnished in a modern and design style each have their own personality, and allow the stay of at least 11 people (3 additional guests are possible under conditions). Comfort awaits you! The ground floor includes 2 living rooms and 2 living rooms, kitchen, shower room and 2 bedrooms each with a 140 double bed, desk and dressing room with hangers. The floor has a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 2 bedrooms: a master suite with a king size bed of 180, and a second with a bunk bed for 2 people. A mezzanine completes the layout of the house to accommodate 2 people in a large 160 cm bed and a single bed. The beds are made upon arrival, two towels are provided per person, and shower and body care products are available, as well as a hairdryer. Tea and coffee are offered. In case of a small superficial injury, a first aid kit is available in the bathroom. Please provide your own charcoal for the barbecue. Note that there is no freezer, but a large fridge with a volume of 200 liters. A washing machine and a large capacity dryer are available free of charge. Guest access The entire house is dedicated to you, except for a few private locked cupboards. You also have the enjoyment of the garden of more than 800 m², including terrace, barbecue, lawn, orchard, small picnic table and hut for children (under your responsibility). Three outdoor parking spaces are reserved in the courtyard of the property, other free spaces are available in a small parking lot located 150 m from the house. Other things to note The pool is accessible from late May to early October, and is unheated. A gym is at your disposal under your responsibility, as well as golf clubs and other amenities (foosball, mini ping-pong, rollerblades...) We ask our guests to respect the number of people planned for the booking of the stay, and not to organize parties. No pets allowed. Regarding energy and to refrain from any abuse, a package of 8 kwh/day or 56 kwh/week is included in the rental price; beyond that, a supplement will be charged at the rate in force according to actual consumption.
