Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. With friends and family, come and recharge your batteries and have a good time at the Bel Air estate. 15 minutes from Royan, 20 minutes from the beaches of the Grande Côte, this 270 m2 Charentais house, from the 18th century, its large 5000 m2 garden and its large swimming pool will charm you. Long weekends from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to Sunday or Monday 6 p.m. for departure. 2 nights minimum off-season and 7 nights in July August. Pets not allowed The space 2 townhouses Cordouan and Boyard for 10 and 6 people, furnished in the seaside country style. 7 bedrooms including 2 master suites + a small living room/game room with a sofa bed (160 x 200). So in total, 8 bedrooms for 16 beds, 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets. For meals you will find in the Cordouan cottage a table for 12 and the central island with 4 seats. Outside you have 18 seats under the arbors. The cottages are equipped with all the comforts for cooking and entertaining (board games and children's games). You also have a washer-dryer, dishwasher, electric hobs, microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo and Tassimo, toasters and kettles. the 5000 m2 back garden allows you to play and rest in the shade of the cherry trees. Two fixed stone barbecues are available near the water points of the garden. We live on the estate but have a private garden opposite the large garden for the cottages. The pool is open from May to October every day from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and heated from the beginning of June to the end of September. It measures 10 m x 4 m and is 1.50 m deep; it is surrounded and enclosed by a gate, treated with salt with electrolysis filtration (no chlorine smell and skin not irritated). We maintain it every night and close the shutter for added safety and to keep the heat in. The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided for the stay, however, we do not provide toiletries or pool or beach towels. Check-in and check-out times for the rental are from 5 p.m. to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Weekend rental times are more flexible and departures are possible until 6 p.m. the cottages are also offered for rent separately for those who wish to return in a small group. the property is not fenced but only delimited by horse barriers on the street side and by a wheat field on the garden side. The cleaning fee is optional at the rate of 300 euros, if not requested a deposit check of the same amount must be given upon arrival and returned upon departure after the condition report. No pets allowed, please do not ask for an exception. All noisy parties are prohibited (bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, music, dances...) We also do not accept the addition of mattresses for a number greater than the reservation and during the stay, you are not allowed to receive friends or family in addition to the number of people booked (meals, aperitifs, evening, garden, pool...). We favor quiet and comfortable stays for gatherings with family or friends. Guest access 7 parking spaces on the estate Other things to note We do not accept additional people to the 16 indicated (no extra mattresses, no motorhomes either). You are also not allowed to have extra people for meals or the day or to use the pool. No pets are allowed either. Screaming and shouting at the pool are not tolerated out of respect for our neighbors.
