Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. With friends and family, come and recharge your batteries and have a good time at the Bel Air estate. 15 minutes from royan, 20 minutes from the beaches of the great coast, this Charente house of 270m2, of the 18th century, its large garden of 5000m2 and its large swimming pool can only charm you. Large weeks end from 4pm on check-in day to Sunday or Monday 6pm for check-out. 2 nights minimum out of season and 7 nights in July August. Pets not allowed The space 2 terraced Cordouan and Boyard houses for 10 and 6 people, furnished in the countryside style by the sea. 7 bedrooms including 2 master suites+ a small living room/games room with a sofa bed (160x200). So in total, 8 bedrooms for 16 beds, 5 bathrooms and 6WC. for meals you will find in the Cordouan cottage a table for 12 and the central island with 4 seats. Outside you benefit from 18 seats under the gazebo. The cottages are equipped with all comforts to cook and take care of (board games and children's games). You also have dryers, dishwasher, electric hobs, microwave, filter coffee maker,Senseo and Tassimo, toaster and kettles. the back garden of 5000m2 allows you to play and rest in the shade of the cherry trees. Two fixed stone barbecues are available near the water points in the garden. We live on the estate but have a private garden opposite the large garden for cottages. The pool is open from May to October every day from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and heated from early June to late September. It is 10mx4m and is 1.50m deep; it is surrounded and fenced by a gate, treated with salt with electrolysis filtration (no smell of chlorine and the skin not assaulted). We maintain it every night and close the shutter for added safety and heat. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided for the stay, however, we do not provide toiletries or pool or beach towels. Check-in and check-out times for the rental are from 5pm to 10am on the day of departure. weekend rental times are more flexible and departures possible until 6pm. the cottages are also offered for rent separately for those who wish to come back in small groups. the property is not fenced but only delimited by horse barriers on the street side and by a wheat field on the garden side. The cleaning fee is optional at the rate of 300 euros, if not requested a deposit check of the same amount must be given upon arrival and returned upon departure after an inventory. no pets are allowed, please do not ask for an exception. All noisy parties are prohibited (Evjf, Evg, music, dances ...) We also do not accept the addition of mattresses for a greater number of the reservation and during the stay you are not allowed to receive additional friends or family at the number of people booked ( meals, aperitifs, evening, garden, swimming pool ...). We prioritize quiet and comfortable stays for families or groups of friends. Guest access 7 parking spaces on the grounds Other things to note We do not accept additional people on the 16 indicated ( no additional mattresses, no motorhomes either). You are also not allowed to receive additional people for meals or the day or use the pool. Not all pets are allowed as well. Screams and shouts at the pool are not tolerated out of respect for our neighbors.
