3-room apartment in the attic completely renovated under sloping ceilings of about 39 m2 located in a house on 2 floors in Lesneven, close to the center and its amenities (15 min - 20 min walk) - 1 living room with lounge (TV included), SAM and open/equipped kitchen (including 1 dishwasher, oven...) - 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and another bedroom with 1 160 cm bed - 1 bathroom with 1 shower cubicle, sink and washing machine - 1 toilet separate from the bathroom The space - washing machine available in the apartment - iron and ironing board - Tancarville Guest access Free on-site parking below the accommodation Other things to note - Sheets (duvet cover, fitted sheets, pillowcases) and towels not provided. Please let us know before the start of the stay if you choose the option If this option is not taken, then FOR HYGIENE MEASURES we MANDATE that tenants bring their sheets, i.e. a fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases (2 pillows in each room). We provide duvet, pillows. - No baby equipment in the property. - Regarding garbage cans: empty glass and plastic (located in the parking lot of the municipal swimming pool 300 m from the accommodation on foot) For household garbage: please leave it at the entrance to the property (because you need a card to open the garbage cans, so we take care of it)
