Apartment T3 in the attic completely renovated under crawlers of about 39m2 located in a house on 2 floors in Lesneven, close to the center and its amenities (15 min - 20 min walk) - 1 living room with living room (TV included), SAM and open / equipped kitchen (including 1 dishwasher, oven...) - 2 bedrooms including one with a 140 bed and another bedroom with 1 queen bed - 1 bathroom including 1 shower cubicle, sink and washing machine - 1 WC separate from the bathroom The space - washing machine available in the apartment - iron and ironing board - Tancarville Guest access Free on-site parking at the bottom of the property Other things to note - Sheets (duvet cover, fitted sheets, pillowcases) and towels not provided. If you choose the option, please let us know before the start of the stay If this option is not taken , then for hygiene purposes we MUST ask tenants to bring their sheets either a fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcases (2 pillows in each bedroom). We provide duvet, pillows. - No baby equipment in the accommodation. - Regarding the trash cans: empty the glass and plastic (located in the parking lot of the municipal swimming pool 300 m from the accommodation on foot) For the household waste bin: please leave it at the entrance of the accommodation (because a card is required to open the bins, so we take care of it)
