The space In the heart of a small Champagne village, Les Bulles Lissoises is a 200 m² family house from 1780, renovated by us. The house is located in the heart of the village on a plot of 2600 m². This place to stay and reception offers a unique setting and quality amenities to celebrate reunions with family, friends or organize your professional events. Come and find calm and serenity in a bubble of comfort in the heart of Champagne. Located on the Champagne tourist route, Lisse en Champagne is a charming village of about a hundred inhabitants, 10 minutes from Vitry le François and 25 minutes from Chalons en Champagne. On the ground floor you will have a beautiful living room where you can have your meals, as well as a living room where you can relax by the fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with its dining area. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor: - The Marcel Room with a 160/200 bed and a private bathroom. - The Valentine Room with a 180/200 bed or 2 90/200 beds (to be specified at the time of booking). On the 1st floor, you will discover 3 bedrooms, each with their private bathroom as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer: - The Simone room with a 180/200 bed or 2 90/200 beds (to be specified at the time of booking) and 4 90*190 beds. - The Romy room with a 160/200 bed - The Louisa room with a 160/200 bed Guests can take advantage of the heated swimming pool from May 1 to September 15, and the jacuzzi and a 100 m² games room within the farmhouse all year round. For your comfort during your stay, linens and towels are included in the rate. The cleaning fee is mandatory at a rate of €250. Electric car charging station available on site.
