We are happy to welcome you to the Villabella house! Located in Alsace Bossu at the edge of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, about twenty kilometers from La Petite Pierre Castle, the Lalique Museum in Wingen/Moder, the Bitche Citadel or the Meisenthal Crystal Factory. Maison Villabella welcomes you for a peaceful stay, in a friendly and comfortable atmosphere, close to nature. The space The capacity of the house is 9 people, up to 11 with a sofa bed. Two baby cots are also available. The total surface area of the house is 285 m², including the terrace (25 m²) and the double garage (58 m²). Inside – 187 m² at your disposal. Description Upstairs: - 4 bedrooms 4 double beds 160 x 200 1 single bed 90 X 200 2 baby beds if needed - a large bathroom with shower and bathtub + toilet - a large relaxation and work area with a sofa bed that can be converted into a 180 x 200 sleeping area. - a laundry room - 2 balconies On the ground floor: - open space living room – dining room – kitchen - shower room + toilet - large outdoor terrace Extendable dining table for 6 to 12 people, fully equipped house with everything you need for a normal life. Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster. TNT and satellite TV, Home cinema, Wi-Fi. Wood fireplace. Bed linen, towels, hairdryer. Also at your disposal: electric grill, hot air fryer, gas barbecue, raclette, fondue machine. The house has a double enclosed garage with parking spaces in front of the house. The large yard at the back of the house is easily accessible from the terrace or garage. House rules Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Making noise outside after 10pm is forbidden. We have prepared the house for you with great care and attention and hope you will keep it in the same condition. In general we are available and reachable throughout your stay. Our usual check-in and check-out times are 2:00 p.m. Let us know if you have any specific requests. Pets are welcome (a small fee will be charged). Guest access The house has a double closed garage with parking spaces in front of the house. The large yard at the back of the house is easily accessible from the terrace or garage. House rules Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Making noise outside after 10pm is forbidden. Other things to note The hot tub is located outside and can be used from the end of May to the end of September.
