The home has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds, a loft upstairs with 4 twin beds, and a full size futon couch. A very large new micro fiber Pit Couch, that reclines fully on 4 chairs, and all the headrests are adjustable in the living room, with a bunch of cozy throws and a wood burning fireplace. A dining room with views of the lake with a table that seats 6. A full eat-in kitchen with a table that seats 6. A full bathroom. A paddleboat, 3 kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards , a canoe and a hammock will be there for you to use.( seasonal) There is also a slate patio near the waterfront with furniture, and a brand custom built fire pit for you to enjoy, and fresh plentiful blueberries you can pick off the blueberry bushes (Seasonal). OWNER HAS SHARED DOCK AND WATER RIGHTS!!!!!! We have our pontoon boat and jet ski docked there and will be coming down to use it. Guest are not permitted to use or sit on these 2 water toys!!! The fishing right off the dock is excellent. Many experienced anglers have commented that it is the most active fishing dock they have experienced. "We have caught over 6 different species of fish directly off the dock last summer.
