A stone's throw from the Sedelle Valley, a charming walk in the forest along the river lined with old mills. Beautiful Arboretum behind the house Renowned site for sport fishing The space 65 m2 house with a large living room and kitchenette (filter coffee maker and Senseo), a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs 2 bedrooms . A 10 m2 cellar with shelf, laundry area and storage. The accommodation has a fireplace stove, electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Outside walled garden with secure garden shed to store your bikes or other equipment. Lounge area with sun loungers , dining area, barbecue and bocce court. Notes: We provide dish towels, hand towels and shower mats. Bedding is provided from 2 nights. The beds will not be made on your arrival. For 1 night if you wish, we offer bedding for €10,otherwise be sure to bring your own sheets. Ability to provide towels at the rate of €8/person, otherwise be sure to bring your towels. So as not to increase your fees, we do not offer the mandatory cleaning fee, for this if you opt for a cleaning option (€40) it will be paid upon your arrival (as well as bed linen and toilet if you opt for) Please let us know before your arrival. Otherwise, please return the property in the same condition as you find it. A welcome booklet is available in the Petite Vallee. Guest access The entire home is available for your use.
