A stone's throw from the Sedelle Valley, a charming walk in the forest along the river lined with old mills. Beautiful Arboretum behind the house Renowned site for sport fishing The space House of 65 m2 with a large living room and kitchen area (filter coffee maker and Senseo), a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs 2 bedrooms. A 10 m2 cellar with shelf, laundry area and storage. The accommodation has a fireplace stove, electric heating and reversible air conditioning. Outside, enclosed garden with secure garden shed to store your bikes or any other equipment. Relaxation area with sun loungers, dining area, barbecue and petanque court. Notes: We provide dish towel, hand towel and shower mat. Bed linen is provided for stays of 2 nights or more. Beds will not be made upon arrival. For 1 night if you wish, we offer the bed linen for €10, otherwise remember to bring your sheets. Possibility to provide towels at the rate of €8/person, otherwise remember to bring your towels. In order not to increase your costs, we do not offer the mandatory cleaning package, for this if you opt for a cleaning option (€40) it will be payable upon arrival (as well as bed linen and towels if you opt for it) Please let us know before your arrival.
