In the heart of the Luberon and close to the village of Pierrevert, our villa offers you a garden with olive trees where you will enjoy the privacy of it and the tranquility of the environment for a relaxing stay under the Provencal sun. You will be in close proximity to the city of Manosque, birthplace of the writer and filmmaker Jean Giono. Its strategic location ideal for discovering the charms of Provence. The space Family villa surrounded by an enclosed and wooded garden of 1000m² with a secure private swimming pool (fence and accessible by a secure gate) (launching in early May ). Guests can park in the shelter for 2 vehicles. You'll enjoy a south-facing terrace and another southwest facing adjoining one of the bedrooms. Our 120m² house has: - 2 bedrooms (Bed 160cm | Bed 160cm) - 1 bathrooms (1 bathtub & 1 walk-in shower) - 1 independent WC - A large living room - A separate fully equipped kitchen Amenities: - Washing machine, dishwasher & iron - Plancha, food processors, toaster, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine. The swimming pool is shared with the other vacationers staying in two other properties located on the property, each with its own access and without vis-à-vis. Option: Linen (sheets and towels) with extra charge The house is a great place to experience the area. Within a half hour radius by car you will have access to many villages in the South Luberon: Grambois, location of the glory of Mont Père, Mirabeau (Manon des Sources), Ansouis, (ranked among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France") and the beautiful village of Cucurron (A Good Year). You can also visit the village of Forcalquier, the Pénitent des Mees, the Champs de Lavande de Valensole, the Gorges du Verdon, the Plateau de Valensole, Drôme Provençale, and the L’Occitane factory in Manosque. Within a radius of 45min to 1 hour you will also have access to Aix en Provence, the charming village of Lourmarin, Gordes (ranked most beautiful village in the world by the magazine Travel+Leisure), the Colorado ochres, the Gorges du Verdon and their turquoise water, the magnificent village of Moustiers Sainte Marie and the medieval village of Sisteron. The nearest beaches are 1h20 away: Cassis and La Ciotat. Guest access Parking is available inside the Villa with total garden fence and an electric gate that will give you access to the house at your leisure. A small independent studio for 2 people, as well as an outbuilding for 2 people also located opposite the villa may be occupied during your stay by other guests. However, there is no visibility between the three listings, ensuring your privacy. Only access to the swimming pool will be shared. Access to the Pool is reserved for guests with sunbed (Access open from May 30 to September 10).
