The space This villa built in 2023 where I live, is in a quiet area close to the city center of the city of Giono, under the famous Mont d'Or tower that dominates the city. The space This villa built in 2023 where I live is in a quiet area close to the city center of the city of Giono, under the famous Mont d'Or tower that dominates the city. After parking your car in your parking lot (with electric charging station) you will discover beautiful olive trees, symbols of this beautiful Provence that welcomes you. You'll have it all to yourself: On one side, 2 tastefully furnished rooms for a total of 52 m² - With its large living room with comfortable sofa bed and large 75" TV. The sofa is equipped with a real comfortable mattress. - Its fully equipped kitchen area (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.) - Its spacious bedroom with a comfortable memory foam mattress for nights full of sweet dreams. It also has a large closet and a desk area for remote work. - Its large en-suite bathroom with double sink and large Italian shower. - To complete all this you have a separate toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer Another 48 m² to relax: - The pool heated all year round to 30°C - The REAL 2-seater Jacuzzi with over 60 jets at 38°C - The 2-seater Nordic wood sauna Our cottage is a good place to start exploring Haute-Provence and its various restaurants.
